Forge and Fern Artisan Jewelry is committed to protecting the integrity of our Articular Arm® product and supporting our retail and distribution partners. This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is intended to ensure fair market pricing and preserve the value of our tools in both retail and online environments.

MAP Price

The minimum advertised price for the Articular Arm® is $225.00 USD. This applies to all public advertising, including:

• Online stores and e-commerce listings
• Third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
• Email marketing
• Social media platforms
• Print or catalog advertisements

Who This Policy Applies To

This MAP Policy applies to all authorized resellers, dealers, distributors, and retail partners of Forge and Fern Artisan Jewelry.

Promotions and Exceptions

We understand the need for creative promotions and in-store strategies. Bundled packages or temporary in-store discounts are permitted, provided the standalone Articular Arm® is not advertised below the MAP price in any public channel.

For online promotions or temporary discounts that may drop below $225, prior written approval must be requested.

Enforcement

Violations of this MAP Policy may result in:

• A written request for correction
• Temporary or permanent suspension of wholesale privileges
• Removal from our authorized reseller list

We may monitor advertised pricing across all channels, including third-party platforms.

Revisions

Forge and Fern Artisan Jewelry reserves the right to revise or discontinue this MAP Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
