Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be approved before you send your item back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover your return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label. However, please note that the 10% restocking fee still applies to all returned items.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note: BALL VISE IS NOT INCLUDED.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided your item meets the standard return conditions.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at bvw@bvwjewelers.com.
