Shipping Policy

All Articular Arm® products are shipped from the United States. Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods
We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination, package size, and weight. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Articular Arm® is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
